For two days in a row, I was always going out because I have to attend some important things together with my mom. I noticed that the sun is so hot. Very hot that it can really burn your skin and also the weather hot wherein I am sweating a lot. The things I realized I must bring when I the weather is hot are umbrella, fan, towel and of course water. I must also secure to put lotion with UV protection. Lessons learned!

Yeah, weather is hot and sunny for the past few weeks, even in singapore.. haha =D However it doesn't have much impact on me yet since i'm a sun person. I really like my skin color now, being darker than ever and i find it sexy on me.. haha Some of my friends were shocked when they see me an i told them it's part and parcel of my job to be under the hot. One more thing i have to agree with u is to drink more water, that helps to hydrate ourselves, preventing heat stroke ^^

The sun really stings on some days. What really bothers me is that when it gets all cold and rainy then it switches to scorching hotness next. I can't adapt well to the extreme changes in temperature. It sucks if you are wearing snug and thick clothes in preparation for a rainy day and in the middle, the weather becomes hot. But I have to say I'd rather be cold than be burned by the sun.

You have to accept the fact that this is now the weather the world has today. And because of this, you need to adapt this new environmental changes. Just always be ready even if you are not.

We tend to find ways just for us not to be heated from the sun. It is really itchy and hurts our skin. I only sometimes ride a cab from our home to the highway. I just bring with me my umbrella. Take care always thaMARKER!

Yes, you should always bring umbrella with you. The summer season is here so the weather is starting to become hot and hotter. I also don't like summer a lot due to this hot weather.

I don't have any against by the coming of summer. In fact, I like summer time! It gives me time to rest and have a vacation in order to relieve my stress. But still, I must be careful by the heat of the sun. Thanks jaiho2009!

Oh, you've reminded me that it's near summer already. It's starting to get really warm now here in my country but it's still a bit rainy though. You really have to bring some protection against the direct heat of the sun. They can really burn your skin especially nowadays with more UV rays penetrating our atmosphere. But I like the warmth of the sun. It livens me up :)

Yes, summer is really near already. A month from now, it is summer already. I guess it is a reminder for us of the new season. You too must bring those necessary things to protect our skin from the sun. I only like the warmth of the sun every morning. It is so nice.

Also here the weather is very unpredictable. We just have to be ready all the time my friend. I, myself, get sick. I get headache and colds sometimes. What I do to keep my immune system strong is I take medicine and multivitamins.

I also can't take the heat of the sun. I used to like it before because that would mean there will be summer outings, swimming in the beach or pool with friends and school staff. But for some years now I am hating the heat of the sun. It's because it's been giving me headaches.

Yes, it is true. It does not just gives me headaches, but it has bad effects directly to my skin. It is so irritating even if I use UV protected lotions. Still no use.

I actually got used to being under the sun already because back in college I do it all the time. I guess in a way it made my skin a little bit stronger i think... I agree that you really need an umbrella with you all the time. It serves two purposes, for the hot sunny days, and the occasional rainy days as well. but my problem with umbrellas is that I tend to lose them every after use. but now I am happy that I have an umbrella inside my bag that's already a week old. and it's good that you learned your lesson, because usually you learn these things the hard way. Have a nice day

I am proud of you because you have been trained way back when you were college to face the heat of the sun. And wow, it does really made your skin stronger? What kind of strong thing? I am sorry. I have to make it sure that I have in my bag those things I mentioned. They are very useful rain or shine. Have a nice day too davaome!

That's the effect of global warming. The sun arrays its radiation and its getting worse. I noticed that too. When its hot its very hot and when its cold its very cold. I can't even expose my skin for many hours because too much exposure to the sun it can cause skin cancer. Better use lotion with UV protection and don't forget to carry water.

I believe so that the reason behind this is global warming. It greatly affects the lives of many people. Thus, we have to make actions with regards to this problem. It is now the time.

Yes, my friend. It is so hot here especially when during 10 AM to 2 PM. The hotness is so different. There is already change with the sun. It is not normal anymore.

but if you don't get any light by sun, You could be deficient in vitamin D. that's what I read in a book. UV protection is the only option is best for the skin is not black.
