What's the definition of a true hustler to you? Do you consider yourself a hustler? I consider a hustler to be someone who doesn't stop until they achieve what they want... in most cases, this means money. For example, today I am off work from my regular job as a Human Resources Assistant online and I am here discussion posting my most precious views.. great thing about here that is incomparable to Twitter is the fact that my post can be longer than 70 some characters lol. I'm always thinking of a way to generate cash. I never sleep. I do FAFSAs for students around this time every year for a fee and also prepare taxes for tax refunds. Jack of all trades.. some may consider me... but I just call it hustling.. legitimately! =)

Hi. I think a hustler will always have negative connotation especially if it's used in the vernacular since accordingly hustlers would employ devious means to get what they want. I would prefer to call myself as someone who's skilled in negotiations :) But pun aside, I think a lot of us are indeed hustlers since we really hustle to get things done in this fast-paced and competitive world.

I believe that the word hustler gained a negative view when people started using it to relate to negative, illegitimate activities that are illegal. Most of us that aren't ridiculous facetious however lol... would prefer to take our chances finding ways to earn extra cash when we're bored. The same discussions we have here... people are having on Facebook for free... so, I guess it all depends on what type of individual you are, what goals you have, where you came from and where you plan to go! Thanks for sharing your views!!
