If you use Windows 7, there is "Snipping tool" in it. Using it, you can easily make screen shots (full screen or part of it). To find a tool, go to START icon and type Snipping tool in search bar. I made a shortcut to desktop, so I don't have to look for it.
After you made screenshot, save it in some folder that can be easily accessed, and if you need to do some alterations, use Paint, as Victor suggested.

Hello there rollylolly,
I am not a member of Redgage so I don't have any idea about their image requirement. But as I see when a site has an option to upload your photo/image - it has to be with a proper file extension/format such as jpg, png, gif, bmp.
What you can do is to print screen the image, paste it on any of your desired application... you can do it on MS Paint but it will appear to have a bigger size. You can also try to paste it on PowerPoint, crop the image if there were any excess, edit it if you want to. And open Adobe Photoshop or any IMage editing software/apps... and then save it as jpg or whichever format you want.

I have a good idea here, you just try print screen and try paste in paint. After than you crop it and save in jpeg format later can be upload easily. Simple, will work out i think.
