Do you think Sachin has to take the cue from Ricky and retire from ODI cricket? His string of low scores isnt doing the team any good and considering the fact that he has achieved almost everything in ODI's, is it time to say goodbye? The pressure of scoring a 100th Ton is obviously taking a toll on him and not doing him any good. What are your comments?

Sachin will be 41 by the time next world cup is held in Australia. I am not sure whether he will be around playing till that time. Even if he has the hunger and passion, we dont know whether his body is gonna support him.

I think Tendulkar is the only person who knows when to retire. I don't think anyone should tell him when to retire to a player of Tendulkar's caliber. Imagine what he has done for Indian and world cricket. Yes, his averages in the last couple of series weren't that good. He just averaged 37. But 37 is still not a bad average. Every player would have a lean patch in his career and I think that's what Tendulkar is going through at this moment. If I remember correctly, the same thing happed to Tendulkar in twice in 2004 and 2007. Everybody was saying Tendulkar should quit but Tendulkar came back like he always use to. I think Tendulkar will come back strongly again. :)

I don't think that its the time for Sachin to retire. I believe that there is enough time left for him in Cricket. I dont think age is a factor for Sachin, he scored the 200 just about 1 year back. He is currently not upto his best, but he will surely come back.
