Pancake day is nearly here, whats your preferd pancake?

ok so its nearly here. maybe not all of you have heard of pancake day, but to me, it is the best day of the year.
the main question is how do you like your pancakes?
me i like the standard milk flour egg mix,
with 3 seperate types of pancake, each about half a centimeter thick and about about 8" wide.
sugar and orange juice
golden syrup and chocolate
jam with a hint of lemon juice
what about you?
do you have a specific mix?
or toppings ?
smaller or larger pancakes?

my favorit mic is Krusteaz blueberry pancake mix with blueberry particles in it(: i love cooking them til they are golden brown and when they're doneput some peanut butter and syrup on top, it tastes so great
