How did you get your earnings from Mturk? / myLot

Hi anyone here who is working in Mturk? I am here in italy and as i know they only send payments to US. And those international members can only get earnings by Gift certificate. But Is there anyway I like to buy celphone there or laptop maybe when i earn enough but they dont send electronics product they limit to some other products to ship and i dont like it. Please share your experienced specially those who already received from outside Us.

i am working on Mturk.i am planning to buy electronic gadgets on amazon,but the thing is they're not able to deliver those gadgets outside US,it's not fair right?.the only things that are able to deliver outside US are books,cds, or depends on amazon.And also the shipping fee is very expensive.So i don't know if i'll continue working on that site.
