How to delete downloads from laptop??

Holla there lotters. I am kind of mad right now since my niece jump onto my laptop and had this annoying downloads here and I want to delete them. I have this regclean pro s*** that always popped up everytime I turn on my laptop that's really pissing me off and lot of downloads here on my laptop that I don't like.
Help please mylotter huhuhu I don't want this

Other thing than uninstall programs, Let know me point most uninstalled programs still leave junks on registry. By trying CClearner (freeware) could delete those registry entries! Give it a try!

Hello! sometimes malware disguises itself as an application. you could try Malwarebytes. it really does the job when coupled with CCleaner!

After seeing this discussion I wanted to delete certain files from downloads. I went to my computer--downloads--and then selected those items and deleted. it worked.

kyle : yes. You know I am having windows 7 for the last nearly one year. But I was not aware of the strategy for uninstalling being available right on the screen.
Mylot helps a lot of people in knowing many things which are directly useful.

I'm planning on getting windows 7 too but as what I've said I don't have lot of knowledge when it comes to computerI'll prolly wait to hubby haha

Sometimes when I faced the situation like you,I would consider reset operation system.Like once a time,my computer was got attacked by computer virus and some of my program are infected by the virus.I'm not sure which to delete the program and where the virus is,so I decide using my backup of WIN 7 to reset. I remember it only takes me 20 mins or so and my computer are cleaned as usual.
This method could be your last step if you failed to delete the downloads.
