I have a goal and so is everyone. The problem about me is that I get so much excited at first but later on, the excitement and dedication will just vanish. I, again consult my boss about this. He knows that our job is boring but its good when it comes to making money issues, but still in the process, its really boring. He knows I find it that way because he said he been through the stages I'm in now. He told me that to achieve my goals and plans, I should be dedicated and productive even how boring my job is. I just need to make a daily schedule, a routine to be exact. And then, I'll get used to it as the times pass by. So, to be productive I just need to stick and focus on the things I do. Have a great week ahead, my dear myLotters!

You are true. In each & every areas of life we need a systematic plan and vision alongwith motivation and intention to hardwork. It can be in our office, field, home, anywhere - if we do the work sincerely, I am sure that we can enjoy every momnet of it. It is a fact that most of the office works are routine and boring. If we do the same type of jobs and by doing the same work we may get affected. But here also we need to understand the basic truth that we are paid for the routine work. As this is the fact, what we can do is that whatever we do should be more productive and accurate. Enjoy the job what we do and if we have excess time involve in more areas by helping other or put more additional works in areas where we really expected. Thank-s

That is very true thanks! :) At first, we get excited over our new job, right? And then, later on... we find it so boring and you lost your dedication and will-power towards it. That's what happened to me. Then, now... I realize I should work hard for this so I can impress the people in higher level than me..

It would help an awful lot edsss if you did enjoy your job, but since you apparently have to do it, just look at it like you are going to do it as well as you can until something changes for the better. I am believing for you that that things will change and get better for you so you can enjoy your job or even end up with a different that you love to work and never even want to miss a day.

Sometimes, we find our job boring because it's routinary. But because it is our source of bread and butter, we have to love it no matter what. And when you learn to love your job, you will always work excellently.

That is very true. Even if its boring you still choose to stay because its where you get the money you spend in your daily expenses. I will do my best to love it, no matter what!
