Bad internet connection is upsetting most of the internet users all of the while.
To resolve your problem, you should call to your internet service provider.
At my place, most of the internet service provider will provide a service team to serve their customers.
Normally, they will instruct you to detect and resolve your problem through the telephone. If the problem still can not be resolved, then the team will send a representative with charges to your home to track and to resolve it on the spot.
Please telephone your internet service provider to find out your connection problem and the charges if there is any.

2mbps is a slow connection. I have on my internet connection a speed of 30mbps. And if I want to I could upgrade to 300mbps. But for now it works for me and besides, the upgrade is way out of my price range at this time.

In my past, i also use TP Link brand and having connection problem, but because it was still under warranty, i ask for replacement and the replacement hardware can connect without a problem. Or maybe it's your ISP that suck... if possible try to borrow other router from your friend to check the connection to your ISP, if the connection is fine, then it's a hardware problem.

had you try to test te speed with speedtest, if not try once and if it is too low then complain to your service provider as only then ca n set the thungs right. It the isp who set speed as per plan of user, you mignt be wrongly set to a plan tnat you didn't took. 2 mbps is very good speed and is very much reasonable for browsing. Yiu try to cneck the plan or have all build and config again.
