Bank of America getting help from Central government

I don't know if our government make a wise decision to help Bank of America. Ever since last time I heard their last quarter earning is curtailing, and many customers have such gripe against Bank of America treating their customers like dirt, I have serious doubt whether our tax money should used to help this mega giant bank. Nonetheless, the federal government still extend its hand to make it alive. From my personal opinion, and with past experience, our tax money was used to help this bank, their top management should re - structure their business policy on how to treat their customers, but not trying every way to rip them off. With those so - called processing fees, and manage fees should be waived. I still personally prefer community banks or credit union.

I guess the American government helps the bank because Bank of America being the biggest bank would have many employees and investors and by helping the bank, the government would also be helping a lot of Americans from being unemployed. I agree with you, the bank needs to revamp its management and not take the help from the government for granted. The bank should review its policies to discover what went wrong that they needed for the government to bail them out.
