Has any one heard of an animal called Aegla platensis

I read about these animas a couple of years ago and have been trying to find some to raise and breed. They look like a cross between a crab and a crayfish but are related to hermit crabs. They are freshwater inverts that do not get very large and their natural home is in South America. I have not heard of anyone having them in the United States of America but think that if I coud be one of the first to have and breed them, they wud be a very welcome inhabitant of aquariums and I could make some money selling them. Does anyone know where I could buy some in the United States of America?
