My poor man didn't get to sleep until 6.30am or later as a result of my tossing, turning and kicking in the bed. Is there any herbal remedy or relaxation exercise that I can do to try to alleviate this problem. The poor man has been tired and moody all day and I can't blame him. I went to work and he fell asleep on the couch until I came home a few hours later... I feel so bad :(

We've bee living together for just over 4 years now and unfortunately, it's not improving for either of us. Most nights I'm fine apparently, but once or twice a week I tend to keep him awake. Last night was one of the worst nights in a long time he claims, but I can't think of anything different that occurred during the day to cause such restless sleeping....

I can't imagine how bad it was, but I guess having been able to keep him up that long meant it was really not normal. Have you tried asking some doctors or experts about this case? This is the first time I heard of this, I mean being extra restless at sleep.

He's usually quite a good sleeper himself, but every time he went to drift off, I'd start to toss and turn again and wake him up. I haven't spoken to anyone before now, but he's starting to get fed up and says he'll be sleeping on the couch next time it happens.

Well i know a little something that may make you fall alseep and relaxed as well. I have looked some stuff up and i give my boyfriend some medicine everynight that has melotonin in it. If you can find that around town you should take it when getting ready to go to sleep and you will see a improvement and it might help.
Now another thing i have heard that helps and that is weird is putting a bar of soap at the end of the bed in the sheets and thats supossed to calm you some how. Dont know how this works but you can try it and see if it does work.

Haha, bar of soap? That's a good one. I'd do that for the laugh...
As for the melotonin, what exactly is that lologirl and are there any side effects. I'll try almost anything to let my man have a good night's rest. He's having a six pack tonight, so an earthquake wouldn't keep him awake tonight, but what about the next time lol. I definitely need to do something for the poor guy... I feel really guilty although I can't help it....

Hi there,
O so sad. I really feel bad for the man. It seems you have insomnia or sleep disorder. Have you yet seen a doctor yet? May be a sleeping pill after dinner would solve the problem.

I feel really bad for him too! I sleep quite well, unfortunately because I'm such a deep sleeper, my man just can't seem to disrupt the pattern.
Hopefully the lavender or valerian will do something for me.
