I want to Add Image to Tittle of discussion after Posting it on Mylot ,is it Possible ?

No. Once a discussion is posted, it can't be edited in any way. Since you have a User Rating of more than 500, if you forgot to add an image (or if the image did not upload or attach, as sometimes happens), you have the option of adding one to your first comment.
What you should NOT do is to post the discussion again with the image attached. It will probably be deleted as a 'duplicate discussion'. If you DO do this, then immediately 'report' your first discussion, explaining that the image did not upload and therefore you want it removed. Admin may or may not remove it, depending on the circumstances. Sometimes he will not remove a discussion if it already has some responses (and is not, of itself, a Guideline violation).

May be you are right but I m not finding a way to edit my discussion after I have posted it .I think earlier I was able to edit my discussion in everyway after I reached 500 rating on mylot but I m not able edit my discussion anymore after posting it in anyway ,beside adding comments .

Why don't you go to the box on the right that says myLot. There are photo guides posted on it. You might find the answer there.
