hyderabadis famous food chicken biryani

there is no were any indian who does'nt like chicken,this chicken are made is different ways like grill chicken,dry chicken,chicken curry.but as all of you know that one of the state from india named as andhra pradhesh,there's a city called hyderabad .this city is very much famous for its biryani .it says that biryani was bought to hyderabad by the invading mughal army of aurangazeb.since traditional food such as roti,rice curries and soups would be too time consuming to prepare and eat in time of wars.biryani was developed to get quick food to the troops.the blending of mughal and telanganna cusines resulted in the hyderabad biryani.it is made from goat meat {muttton},or chicken and basmati rice,other includes such as onions ,saffron and spices.it is really a very spicy food.if any visits to this particular city,and if he asks what is f.amous in this city ,they would undoubtedly say that it is famous for its biryani.if any one is from india thay know it very well

I have a friend here in my country who came from South.
They're from Kerala and they always cooked chicken biryani and chapati each time I dine with them.
But they got to lessen the spicy since I cannot take too spicy and hot foods.
I love the chicken biryani...I wonder how chicken biryani from Hydrerabad tastes

yah with out spicy in the biryani you are going to miss the real taste and flavour of biryani for sure....ask your friends to prepare hyderabadi biryani with spicy.

in biryani if there is no spicyness then there is nothing.in biryani spicy is the most important thing.biryani is brought out from hyderabad itself .i think you have to visit hyderabad ones to taste it

hi sunil,thanx for placing our hyderabadi biryani in mylot discussions ,am a foodie and i like hyderabadi dum biryani very much, in fact am a fan for that,i use to have atleast once in ten days...and the paradise and also bawarchi are very famous for our biryani,now also by typing its name my mouth is watering ,this sunday i will have my hyderabadi biryani at bawarchi for sure.

hi shekar i think that u are also from hyderabad,were do u stay in hyderabad ,even i also like to have biryani at some famous places like paradise ,bawarchi,pakwaan,.recently i have been to bawarchi with my friends had biryani over there

I agree with you. I visited Hyderabad last year and tried out various biryani joints.
I tried out Hyderabad house which serves excellent biryani.Chicken biryani served with curd and onion is a must have.
I also suggest Hotel Paradise on sardar patel road to be tried out.Its worth every penny spent.
