Paypal Fee Issue??

guys last time withdraw my PTCBOX payment then paypal deduct fee but in this time I withdraw cashnhits paypal not cut fee.why?
what is the matter? one time cut their fee one not. any one know about this why this happened? this happened only with me or others too?

It depends on the site's policy. Some sites pass on PayPal fees which they are charged for making transactions by deducting them from the payments, others (like MyLot) will pay exactly what is due without deductions. They, presumably, cover these fees by effectively reducing the total amount which is due to be paid. For a site like MyLot, which has a variable rate 'per post', this is very easy to do. Other sites, such as the one you mention, may account for it differently.
Nearly all sites (if not quite all) will have Business level PayPal accounts and every site will incur PayPal charges when they make payments. It is up to the individual site as to how they choose to pass on these charges but every site will do so in one way or another, either by showing a deduction when they pay you or by reducing their rates very slightly to allow for the charges.

The other reason, which I forgot to mention, is that PayPal itself may impose charges to the recipient depending on the payment type. With different types of account, it is possible to select whether these charges are paid by the sender or by the payee. Some sites will elect to pay the charges themselves and others will choose to have PayPal deduct fees from the recipient. It depends on their personal accounting methods and, perhaps, the size of the company.

i don't know why that is... but last time i withdraw, cashnhits cut fees too... do they change their policy now??

really but in my case I got my payment from cashnhits yesterday and paypal not cut fee. I don't know why they cut your.
