What do you wake up to?

A shrill beeping sound of the alarm? Your favorite radio station? Your favorite song?
What motivates you to wake up?
I honestly cannot have the BEEPING on, on my alarm. It drives me nuts, especially the shrill sound of my alarm. It's like my ears start bleeding.
Instead, I have songs that come on automatically on my phone when my alarm goes off, generally at about 6:25AM. My current song is "Trust" by Megadeth.
I have also had Metallica's "Seek and Destroy", Avenged Sevenfold's "Sidewinder" and "Beast and the Harlot" as my alarm ring tones. I find that as soon as I hear those songs, I want to get up and get going.
My dad, on the other hand, wakes up to talk radio, an AM station on his alarm. This could not possibly wake me up, as I find 99% of talk radio to be so boring it would put me back to sleep.

Being in the west coast, it usually means that the day has already started on the east coast when I wake up. The Market at Wall Street has already started, or just about ring it's bell. That's what I wake up to everyday. The TV would turn on at 5:45 am. Then I would here the talking heads discuss about expectations in the about stocks, etc. It's all nonesense to me, but it wakes me up.
But getting up, is a different story!
