Faith is your last salvation

no matter what is our belief, all of us needs faith as something to hold on to, its a hope and guidance.
If we dont believe in god, who else can we pray to when there is no hope.. without faith we are hopeless..
Aren't we bless for getting to keep our faith and have something to believe in? What make u think some people just lost hopes on faith?

I kind of agree with BLTLife, all you have to do is believe in yourself.
Besides, faith being a source of strength actually depends on how you look at it. I could say I'm strong because I don't need to rely on faith...
I'm a strong believer on the saying, "Everything is going to be alright".
Anyway, if I had to choose something to have faith in, that would be science (you can probably tell by now I don't believe much in God). You know it will always be there no matter what.

some people encounter a situation where things seems hopeless.. and no effort or hopes it will get better.
When a doctor tell you that you only have a month to live.. So will u hope that it is wrong and when science throws u facts that there are no hope... so what you rely on?
That is call faith.. are you still gonna say that you faith in science?

Yes, you hope science is wrong. Because, even without prayer, some people recover or prove the doctors wrong. So no situation is completely hopeless. Just like sometimes no amount of faith or prayer stops people from dying.
I also believe you don't have any idea what it is like to be faithless. So you can't put your faith into anything else besides your god. I have found different places to put it. Like in myself.

Well, faith is to actually believe in something impossible, I'd much rather believe in something that could happen.
Besides, if you're going to die, what are you going to have faith in? That a miracle will save you? I think you'd do much better accepting your fate and living it to the fullest.
What would happen if you pray and pray to live and in the end nothing happens?

Hope is a feeling, but one can have faith in anything.
And to have faith in the hope that things will be alright or get better is a completely understandable thing.
'Cos we always have to rely on the hope that our life will turn out alright. The hope that what you believe is right. The hope that what I think is wrong. Hope, hope, hope.

i am sorry if i offence you in anyway BLT, what i meant was with faith you'll feel stronger and u may have your own reason to feel strong even without faith in you. It doesnt mean without faith your are weak.
or maybe you have to understand the meaning of faith it self, for and instant when you love someone, you gotta have faith on that person, u cant just rely to hope that person love you or hope that u gonna love that person forever. its totally two different things..

touching about different religions sacred book or belief maybe provocative, since im a muslim and i only believe in Qoran as my guidance, but doesnt matter what we belief in, faith defines just the same.. dont u agree with me? ;)

I can say that my faith with God keeps me waking up every morning and go on with my life. I've been into so many problems this past few years and I had overcome all of those because I have a strong faith my God. I am lucky because my parents thought me to believe in him not matter what happened with me.

Yeah,indeed we need to have faith in our life,faith is really important factor to motivate us in our life to achieve our life goal.Anyway,just don't loose hope even we encounter any problems ahead of us.Be confident and also need faith in our heart,cause that's really determine who you are.

I think that people want things to happen at the moment and they lose site of what is going on. Faith is needed for eveything in our lives and like you said without it we have no hope. People lose faith because something bad has happened in life and they give up. Times like that are when we need the most faith. Have a great day. :)
