There is one report I read on the newspaper, which a Taiwanese factory setting in Mainland China, they romance their factory workers with a program called "stress free" break, which allowed their factory workers to take one or two hours stress free break time whenever they need it during the work hours. They allow them go to the nearby hair salon to get their hair washed, and get a head massage from there, which the factory will pay for them. What a nice program, which they managerial personnel really care their work staffs well - beings. Somehow, we should learn about such program and management skill to relieve our personnel from stress, and let them work diligently. I support such working policy at anywhere. What do you think?

In Spain they have siesta, but then you wouldn't be able to go to the hair salon because everyone takes it at the same time and all businesses are closed for an hour. I definitely think something like this, the "stress free break" or siesta, high tea, something should be considered in the US. We are a very high-stress culture; severely overworked with the highest rates of stress-induced illness, heart attacks and strokes and most of the time, employees are nothing more to their employers than drone ants or worker bees whose sole purpose in life is to do the job assigned to them. My mom works for a company that encourages their employees to take "mental health days" - like a sick day but rather than having to fake sick when you call in because you're too stressed to work, you just tell them, I can't deal with this today, and you get it off, free and clear. Too many of them and you'll probably be sent to the company psychiatrist but that's a different discussion entirely.

That would be so great! I haven't heard of such program here in the Philippines or a company that provide that kind of benefits. All I knew is that in the BPO Industry they do have a privileges wherein they can go into a gym , they also gave some Gift certificates.
