Have you experienced being asked about the behavioral questions? What kind of questions that been thrown to you? Were you able to answer it? How confident are you when you answer that kind of question? Have you ever felt to think shortly before you answer that question? Were you able to pass that kind of interview?

In every interview the most common is Tell me more about yourself, It also ask what are your Strengths and weaknesses. I am very much confident in answering those question, but deep inside my lips is mumbling. Prior to an inteview, I make sure that I knew what are those common questions that they will ask, In fact I had prepared what my answers.

Hi metatronik! I had been thrown with such question then when I applied in a call center. The interviewer asked questions that were out of the box. They were throwing such unusual question that would not think for a second that will be asked to you, but they just do. This was so to test our communication skills, our ability to think for a short period of time and respond to the given scenario and ability to construct your thoughts and deliver them well. Well, during my first interview, I was quite shock and could hardly answer directly but I manage somehow. However, after my first terrible interview, I research such out of these world question and try to answer them as I could. The next interview then was still nervous breaking but I was a little bit confident then. I believe taking interviews and practice answering such question would help you gain confidence and give you more possible and quite striking answers.

Telus' exam comprises of some behavioral questions. I just lied to them and picked the one I thought would make me look good. I actually don't get it, since people would normally just do the same thing I did, lie. They can't honestly think people would tell the truth with those questions. If they are, they're delusional.

Metatronik: I work as a trainer for interview classes. Questions that are asked in interviews -- to test candidate's ability to communicate effectively: 1) tell us about yourself. 2) Why do you want to join our company? 3) what makes you think call centre job will suit you well? 4) Do you possess good communication skills? 5) How will you tackle an angry customer?

I've encountered those kind of questions already. So where do you work as a trainer and what kind of call center is that? Next question is do you have online gaming account? Then I would be interested in there.

do you like online games? What are online games? Are the games really interesting and useful for individuals? What are the plus and minus of playing such games for long time? Should one pay money for playing games? Do you get time to play games while working in call centre? have a good day.
