Is myLot Legit?

I am wondering if this is a legit site that you get paid for discussions. Have you received a check yet? How much do you normally get for starting a new discussion? Responding to someone elses discussion? People responding to your discussion? What is the average check that you receive?
I am hoping for some responses back on this topic.

MyLot has a 100% record of paying on time every time. You only have to look at the number of members who have been here five years and more to realise that.
You don't get a check. MyLot pays only through PayPal and, once you reach the minimum of $10 or more by the last day of any month. you will be paid on or before the 15th of the following month. I have been paid more than 20 times.
Some people make the minimum payment at least every month, for others it may take longer. It depends on the quality of your participation and how active you are. The FAQs page on 'Earnings' will give you most of the information you need: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx

What if you don't have a paypal? Do you have to set one up, or do they automatically set one up for you?

You need to arrange your own PayPal account. All the instructions are on the page I gave you the link to.

Your earning depends on your posts in Mylot. If your posts are quality, which are long and popular. You shall earn more from it. The minimum payout is USD10 in Mylot. As long as you can reach the minimum payout by the end of each month, then you will get your payment automatically before 15th next month. And Mylot just pays by Paypal.
