What happened to ioebux today?

I am a ref for someone on ioebux. I have been a member for a week and actively clicking at the site. Today I went to the site and it said "site suspended". Now it does not come up when I put the site in the address bar. Does anyone here belong to the site? What happened? Was it a scam site and got found out? Sincerely in Christ, Leesa C. Eph.2:8,9
