Parker's named as England Captain

It's been announced today that Scott parker has been named by Stuart Pearce to be England captian for tonights game against Holland. Do you think he'll make a good captain, and if not, who would you have choosen??? ...and just for fun, predictions on final score??? :-)

yes, i read it too it was surprised but i think scott parker is deserved for it he had proved that he become stable man and give many contribution for his current team, Spurs..

before playing for spurs, he played for west ham and i'm sure i'm right in saying was captain for them for a while... the one thing i like about him is he gives his all in games, you can't ask for more than that i s'pose :-)

i know scott parker.. he was grow up in West ham..he even play for chelsea when Ranieri become chelsea coach..but scott parker did not get the chance for playing when mourinho become chelsea manager..and he must move to newcastle united. and now his time in spurs
