My hometown has a beautiful river which is the upstream of the largest river in our province. And in some certain places the water is quite rapid. These places now become famous feature spot for drifting small boats on the current. There are also a lot of hot springs in my hometown which attract plenty of visitors from all the world. And I love hot spring baths too. Sometimes I went to have a hot spring bath with my friends and talk with each other in the pool. That was a lot of fun. What about your hometown? What are the main places of interest in your hometown? :)

There is none in my hometown, it is a city full of skyscrappers and is a concrete jungle in itself, there is no place of interests for me except may be for those convention delegates; businessman and woman that may consider expensive hotel and offices as places of interest to them, they just love to take those photo of high rise building in my hometown whenever they pay a visit here.

In my hometown a park is my best place. I was go to the park in my childhood. When i go to the park then i feel very much better. I was playing in the park in my childhood. In every moment(happy, sad) in my life i shared with the park. Now it is a very famous park in our town.

I live in a seaside town. My bungalow is around three miles from the center. The best thing to see it the beautiful looking coastline. There are problems with sinking mud and a dangerous tide therefore swimming in the sea is not allowed. I like the new pier and it is fun to walk along it. Inside it has many fun rides to go on plus games to do. I like the old pier from a distance but it is too dangerous to go to. I can enjoy seeing it from the land. Sometimes there is a big sightseeing wheel but not this winter. There is an interesting museum. I like the library and it in a lovely looking old building. There is a village called Up Hill a walk along the beach away. Another super place is Sand Bay ten minute drive along the coast in the other direction.

I live in the Pocono Mountains. So, I am very close to several major attractions. The biggest attraction is the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. This is the point where the Delaware River cut through an entire mountain, dividing the land in two. (I have no idea how long this took.) There are hundreds of hiking trails going to all points of the park. Also, there is swimming, boating and picniking. And don't miss out on the wildlife. It's a great place to visit. If you enjoy waterfalls, Bushkill Falls park is full of them. The hiking is defficult and steep, with a lot of stone steps. But, when you reach your destination, you know it was worth it. Since you are so exhausted from all of that hiking, you need a nice place to rest. The answer is Shawnee Country Club, for elegant accomodations and dining. After a good nights sleep, you might go to the golf course, which is right outside your door. If golf is not your thing, there are more hiking trails and horseback riding. There is also a theatre nearby.
