I have never been a cat lover...never ever! My son wanted a kitten a while back. So I gave it a lot of thought and agreed with him promising that it would be his responsibility. It has been a few months now and he cleans the litter and feeds him. He takes total care of the kitten which surprised me. I thought fine we have a kitten and that's going to be a pain. I was so wrong, the little guy has me wrapped totally around around his furry little paws. So glad I gave in and let my son get him. He is quite cuddly so a kitten. He is now 6 months old and we are certainly enjoying having him with us.

cats are very independent, they take care of themselves, they are clean animals and clean after themselves, i have 2 cats and they are adorable, they play together, cuddle me together, sometimes it's a fight who gets on my knee first, it's fun watching them play and be friends, having a cat is much easier than having a dog, cats go out, they do what they have to do then they come back, the only things you have to do for them is feed them and love them and they will love you back, it seems that yours loves you already and you certainly have captured it's heart

He's captured my heart that's for sure. We have a dog as well and love taking her for her daily walks. That's keeps me up and about as well. I never knew kittens could be this much fun. All of my life I was afraid of them. I think it's helped that we got him as a kitten so I've gotten used to him. I couldn't imagine not having him now.

Cats...those feline species of animals are so much endearing and lovable especially when those are young kittens. In fact the cats carry with them the feeling that it is the necessity of the owner to rear them up .However are they as sincere,friendly and faithful as much as their canine counterparts viz. the dogs?

The kitten is not as cuddly as the dog. I sure an trying my hardest to get him to cuddle though. He likes to lay next to you so you can stroke him. He loves it and purrs like a motor. Quite funny for ma as this is the first kitten I've had!

Awww that is the most sweetest thing ever, we grew up with cats in both of my foster homes. Strange in each home (a short time each time LOL) we've had a total of six cats! I would love to get a kitten ourselves but I want to knock down my debt as much as I can because even getting it from the local SPCA would be difficult as they'll charge $150 donation plus there's vets. Perhaps u can upload a pic? I love cats.

I too got it but don know how to make them happy. Once you become a cat lover you wont feel like you are lonely...
