Hello Friends :) I don't know if this is common or known thing in other country. But here its surely new. Just couple of days back we got a paper with 3d Spec!!! I really surprised why it came with such glasses then I read in news paper that 'today's news paper is printed with 3d technology and all images and advertisement will give 3d effect'. I immediately take the spec and tried to see images and yes they were in 3d. Wow. I thought we gonna have news papers like this everyday. But unfortunately all went normal from next day.. I wonder why they publish newspaper like that for only single day?? Must be for advertising reason? What do you think about having 3d news paper? Do you think such changes required?...LOL

Hello Anand, We have received this specs couples of time earlier and I have not noticed what the effect of it is but kids were very happy to get the specs and they used to play with the same for one day or two. After that they also have thrown it away. I think we are (the media people here) bit advanced than your place.

It must have been for a special occasion. But that sounds cool, a 3D newspaper. I would like that. And I think that would encourage more people to read the newspaper. But things are going digital these days. You can now read the news online, on your phone or a tablet device. The world id changing.

h akp I h ave not se em them here in the US but anyway t he glasses dp mpt wprk for me just give me a very bad headache. I sort of hope that they do not bring it out here in the US although i am sure a lot of people would like it but for some reasons those glasses do not work for me except to give me horrible headaches.

Dear b'rather Oh that is sad. You mean if I have to read that 3D newspaper, I have to put on a glass which will never fit my eyes! I have experienced this horror when we had been to the theater to watch some 3D Movie (dont ask me which one as it was more horrible than those glasses) Personally, I dont think this is anyways needed. We already have so much of 3d around - the movies, the television, PSP GameSets (playstations) and I also read some Cell Phones... all of these would require us to have a pair of glasses and glasses of any kind will have some refractive index which in the long run will only damage eyes. And 3d will be more popular with Kids and I think they will be more prone to eyesight issues.

Hi bro.. :) That's quite true.. Recently I watched 3d movie in cinema with those specs and found that I was feeling headache after few minutes.. But than again I got used to of it in another few minutes.. I fitting those spec on spec is hard.. In cinema one person was asking about it and that ticket seller told him to wear that spec on spec. I think its hard to do that.. The best work can be do by purchasing Contact lenses. But yes 3D is not that important as we are already seeing all in 3d from our eye directly.

Yes.. Surely technology has improved lot. Yes we can see changes in future.. But still there are lots of people who don't like to read news paper with such spec.. Personally I liked it as it was giving good 3d effect.

Hello, akp100. That is funny. I have never heard of it, but maybe you are right, it could have been "just for fun" to see how people will react. I like to think that we have the technology, why not use it? I don't know really but I am going to say that it should be for every paper because it might bring up sales. I have not ever seen anything in 3d but I really do want to see the new Pirates movie. (Brad Pitt.) I am told that it is just wonderful with that 3d stuff. Have a great day. :)

Hi.. Yes may be it was just for fun or they just want to feel their users something new... They only published such paper on that day only.. after that we started receiving normal paper again. But whatever it is, it was great and something unexpected. I am sure watching this many other news paper will also think about such changes.
