greetings to all of you guys,i am really annoyed this day because my postpaid broadband with bundled postpaid plan phone has been temporary disconnected due to my credit limit exceeded, and problem is they didn't update my credit limit after i applied for or bundled my postpaid plan phone to my broadband,so i made a complain and dispute for my account because that was encoder fault and not the subscriber.
is this happen to you?what did you do and why?

I haven't had my phone disconnected from being over limit but a long time ago I have been rejected credit for not having enough credit to make a purchase. I don't carry allot of debt so being over my credit limit doesn't happen very often anymore.
Call your provider and explain your situation maybe they will be able to get you all set up again.

it's not your fault
if the encoder fault,so if they make you loss of profits?maybe you have compensation from him

The phone company was supposed to up your limit or the credit card company? It's hard to understand but either way if it was acecpted it should have been done so a dispute is definitely the way to go! I hope it's swift for you and you get your phone reconnected soon.
