i'm new about ptc and i found this thing that i don't understand. can somebody please help me to explain what is pay to promote and how does it works? thanks

i think those may be the affiliate programme that ask you to promote and when have people join or how then they will pay you, if not, then it will be the referral tool for you for that page? perhaps
