unable to enterchat in yahoo messenger since 1 month?

hi friends,am unable to enter chat in my yahoo messenger since 1month,are you facing the same problem?i have uninstalled and installed the messenger again,but the same prob is occurring.

First of all, try to open YMessenger directly via YahooMail or via www.meebo.com..
Can you?
If yes, the problem lies in your Yahoo Messenger program; try to download the newest version and install it..
If no, the problem lies in your Yahoo account; perhaps you may contact Yahoo support to ask for assistance..

What os are you using? did you also delete it in the program files? If not trying doing so. Uninstall yahoo messenger then go to program files delete yahoo messenger exe. then install it from yahoo messenger site. Hope it works! :D
