Thanks, I get the reason why. I did not know that Expertcolumn is owned by an Indian but whoever is the owner, he or she is doing an excellent job.

I haven't read anything like that on paypal blog and also not get any mail related to it. And very recently I got few payments on paypal too and received in my bank too... Can you explain in detail..

It's so shocking News. But we have an option but we are charged after that. We can upgrade our account then we can payout. I didn't try also i didn't see the Policy like that. Please wait for some more time or contact Paypal.

do not worry friend you got payment from any website using paypal but problem is in only individual transfer.

Yes, in India Paypal only the Good Processer to get Payments from india. It's more tough to get Online Payment also the same most online websites pay via that. So we want it back. Well we seen for the response.

Have you already asked your other friends about this? I just checked PayPal's Policy updates. I didn't find any information with regard to this. You may also try contacting PayPal for this issue. Let us also wait for other myLotters comments to your post.

Okay, I have not much insight about this, as I am not Indian, but I just have some short questions: Where did you request that payment? Are you sure that it's not just their way to scam you and avoid to pay you? And if "Paypal was not able to send payment to personal account holders", will upgrading your Paypal to Premier account solve the problem?

no friend this is not a way to scam many indians are affected by this and all sites are returned cashout for Indians.in a forum their are many posts regarding this and how can i upgrade my account to premier account ?

yes friend sorry for old post i am not noticed the date of the post and thanks to tell me steps and now i change my account from personal to premium ,hopes that now all problems in personal account will solve and i am able to get payments from any website.

In the link that you gave me via PM, the thread was being made on 2010, and even the latest reply was being made in the same year.. I don't think it's still actual up to now.. ~btw why via PM? xD I guess you should be able to put EMS link here.. xD Upgrading your personal account is quiet simple, though. On your Paypal page, above the total balance, there should be a link to upgrade your account type..

no friend their is no solution of this problem but paypal said that they try to correct it as soon as possible and we have to wait till paypal issues are corrected.

I checked my paypal account now, and there was no mention about that. Every link was working. (Of course, I didn't have any balance to withdraw. But in any of the pages, there was NO mention about what you said here.)

I guess Ashudeep having some misunderstanding.. He sent me link of some forum where this thing is posted.. But its too old .. it was posted in 2010.. So no problem is going on for now.. I think its just a misunderstanding.
