i start my day (this sunday) with playing futsal

i start my weekend today with playing futsal
actually i had no plan for playing futsal
1 week i feel tired
and i think i need charge when two weeks later, i still be busy with my schedule for managing my academic rank...and for taking care my students value in the end semester..
i need charge for my activities..
one of the charge for me is playing futsal..
and i do it
after playing, i visit the net cafe and make this discussion while iam dringking tea...yummy...
and after that i can refresh all my soul, my mind and my body
and i do hope it was enough for supporting my activities in next week...
what about you guys now?? share with me..
iam really glad if you can share too...

I can't imagine how you keep up with your busy schedule! You seem to have a lot in your hands yet you still have a lot of time for myLot. 
I started my Sunday by drinking hot milk like I usually does everyday. I drink coffee, too but I prefer milk since it's much healthier than coffee. After drinking my milk, I started with my laundry. And then after that, I took a bath and then relaxed the whole day. It's already 6:00PM here.
That's usually how my Sundays go by. It's typically my rest day. (I have a class on Saturdays.)

Are you strong enough to play it, bro?
I love basket ball. When I was a child, I played it well.
In my office, some friends meet outside to play futsal but I don't join it as I prefer mountainbiking. I can do it without a friend. To play futsal you need some people right? volley ball is my second choice.
By the way, you said you were not a PNS but here you said you dealt with students. That means you are a government employee.

I started my weekend sunday with a morning run at 5am. It's a real good feeling to be out there in the wee hours when air is so fresh that i can smell the scent of trees. On top of that, running along the stretch with sea beside me, i'm feel so careful, as if there's no burden on me back then, I love the cold weather together with the cool breeze brought by the sea. With a good start to my sunday morning, i had an enjoyable time throughout the day. I hope i'm able to do it on a regular basis.

Wow, futsal! I missed it a lot 
Usually i played it pretty regularly back then in my first office.
We played together every Saturday after working hours with my colleague.
But now, i haven't played it for years. The reason especially because i didn't have any friends or community to play with. It's a sad actually.
I do hope i can play futsal soon in the future. I really missed the game
