What is the Company registration Process??

We did it through our Auditor. I'm not sure whether the entire process is available online. You can register your company with Registrar of Companies. If it is private limited, you need to get DIN number (Director Identification Number) first. At least 2 Directors are required for a private limited company. Identity Proof (Any one of the following) PAN Card Driving License Passport Voter ID Card B. Residence Proof (Any one of the following) Driving License Passport Voter ID Card Telephone Bill Ration Card Electricity Bill Bank Statement Then you have to choose a relevant name for your company. (Since the availability of the name cannot be sure, you need to choose 5 names at least. If the first name you've chosen is not available, next one will be your company's name.) If the name is approved, A Memorandum of Article has to be prepared. (Normally this would be in a booklet form. You need to prepare around 15 or 20 copies of it.) And a digital signature would also be provided by the authorities. You have to keep the digital signature (in a pen drive or CD) safe. While renewing the registration this digital signature is required. The MoA will contain the Board of Directors' list which you should furnish while registering. It's better to consult an auditor regarding the process. The total cost may be around INR 20000 or little more.
