Usually,everyone get some food for fill this stomach without considering his health. There is a way to keep our health by combining our food daily. Tis way must be done step by step.
First, for breakfast. Drink water and then get some juice.
Second, for lunch. Drink water, get some rice or other (for carbohydrate) and some vegetable, without meat or fish or chicken.
Third, for dinner. Drink water and thenget some meat with vegetable. Meat can be changed with chicken or fish.
