I need some help if you guys know some legit site that pays to teach or tutor online for asian country?
I want to know if this is really existing so I can just start working at home teaching or tutor using my comp

I don't know. But I really don't think any website will offer such service.
If you want to start online tutoring, the best idea will be to own a website. There needs to be a trust between the learner and the tutor. You can't get that if you do it freelancing.
Start your own site and promote it.
