My daily life.

I follow a fixed routine in my life. I get out of bed at 5 am. Then i go to the wash to fresh myself. I take some exercise and go out for a walk in the open air. Then i have my breakfast and sit down to study. I do my homework till 9 o' clock. Next i take my bath, have my meal and strat for college. By 11 am i get to college. At college, i am attentive to what the teachers teach. I mix with my friends freely. The college breaks up at 4. Back home, i have some food and go to the ground. In the evening i am sometimes work for mylot. Then i am again at the study to work for the next day college. I have my supper at 8.30 with other members. Then i will again work sometime in mylot. I go to bed at 11.30. Share your daily life with me my mylotter's friend.

Well i'm cently on a goal to lose weight and whilst reading a health magazine I was given this idea for a daily routine, so as to implement and restructure my life in a disciplined format: AM 5-530- devotions-praying reading my bible etc 5:30-6-workout-cardio 6-7- Prepare for lunch and breakfast for work 7-9- Have breakfast 10-11- Snack PM 12-1- Lunch 3-3:30- Im supposed to be napping but that doesn't/hasn/t ever happened as yet 3:30-have some herbal or green tea 4-8- workout- weights 5-7- Dinner 9:30- Devotion 10:30-Bed Time I'm still indisciplined in some areas but the majority of it I've gotten the hang of and I've lost some weight since then. I am having a problem with sleeping though, not sure why, but I'm gonna keep at it.

I well understood you wake up at 5 o'clock in the morning? And you go to bed at 11:30? You sleep only 5:30 hours, can you keep attention at school? I'm not be able to live this way! Now I don't have to go to school or to work so my life is quite lazy even because I live with my parents. I usually wake up late in the morning, at about 11:00 - 11:30 and I have my breakfast. I speak a little with my parents and sister or I go to have a little ride with my bike. After lunch I turn on my computer and I start to surfing on the web and then I do my thesis. At about 8:00 pm I have my dinner and after I look some tv or chat with girlfriend. During the night I usually stay waked up till 2:30 or 3:00 am to work on my thesis. When I'm too tired I go to bed.

Are you really have breakfast at 11:00-11:30 am?Then when do you have you lunch? You stay up late till to 2:30 or 3:00 to work on your thesis,at that time,I don't think your brain can work high-performance. Maybe you are used to this style.

Strict adherence to one's daily status of activities is no doubt a healthy attitude. It makes you healthy and of course happy to the full extent.Life will gain a definite aim and the pursuance to reach the targeted goals would be easy.

everyday routine is really tiring. i wake up 5:00 in the morning, take a bath and dress up. cook breakfast and lunch, eat breakfast then go to work at around 6:20am. my work starts from 7am to 5pm. we are usually at home by 5:45pm. change clothes, cook for dinner while playing with my son in between. eat dinner at around 7:00pm. went upstairs to sleep at around 8:00pm. sometimes my son and I play, and i am teaching him the alphabet, numbers, shapes, colors, fruits, animals etc., before going to bed. at around 9:00pm, my husband, me and my son are already at sleep,. we see to it that we are getting enough sleep of at least 8 hours.

My routine is also fixed. Waking up 7am then brushing, tea and bathing then washing cloth, cleaning the house. Then 11 O'clock making food but after that my routine is not fixed any time students are came for inquiry about Computer course. Some time classes also running so I cant manage daily routine after morning. Only waking time and sleeping time is fixed 7am and night 11.30pm On holiday or no class then join mylot

I don't have a fixed schedule everyday! Since I have a a different schedule in class..Like now my group mates are not yet in school to continue our documentations so I'm in the e-Library and doing mylot..When I am still in high school I have fixed routine but now in college nothing but I have an everyday tasks that I must have to complete. Before I go to sleep in the evening I take down notes of what should I do in the next day! But sometimes there is a changes! Maybe soon If I have a work I can do it..
