PTC and paid surveys

Can you really make money by clicking on PTC sites, because I have tried for about a month and a half now, and not a single cent has been payed into my paypal account. I have clicked on bux.gs and its been pending for more than a week and I googled it and it seems like its a scam. Which websites really pay fast and genuinely

yes, there are lots of sites out there promising you to pay extra money.. unfortunately, 99% of those sites are scam. there are only very few legit ones... you can check on my profile the sites that I'm using that are proven legits. I myself got paid several times already since I joined these sites few months ago.
