As much as you earn,you can't save until u save it properly.Money management doesn't mean that collects or accumulates money.It means make proper flow of money in one's life.

Exactly right! Budgeting is one of the best things an individual can help himself with. Proper Money Management doesn't mean you have to dispose all your money in the bank and let the interest compound and compound. You have to spend some bucks to ensure the "Give and Take" phenomenon will happen.
It's just like in business, if you have a capital, you will have expenses. If there is the Assets, there will always be the Liabilities.
Spend your money wisely, especially in business about food. People will always buy food wherever and whenever they needed it.
