I don't really quite understand how i managed it but happy none the less. i don't have a scale or anything so i been going by measurements. i feel if i had a scale i'd be too temted to jump on it everyday to see if there was any change. Previous measurements were ; Waist 46 inch chest 43 hip-50 now its waist-40 chest-41 hip-47 No secret method, but between me and my roommate weve been eating vietnese,chinese food and papajohns pizza all week so i dont understand how this is remotley possible ive been drinking coffee more but i put a piece of chocolate or dark chocolate in it, and my snacks have been random fruits and veggies. ive done some light working out tho i wanna do more.

That's really great! Good for you! I always go by how many inches versus how many pounds. Losing a pant size or two feels great but if you were to just go by pounds lost it might not be the number you think it should be. The scale can be upseting. Just changing up some little things can really make a big difference. Keep up the great work and good luck!

Scales can be pretty inaccurate too i belive. I think i'll stick with my measurement tape :D

I agree measurements will really show how you have lost and where. I am so concerned with my measurements as I am apple shaped with a large middle as opposed to the pear shaped people with smaller middles and bigger hips. we apples are more endangered of heart trouble and diabetes. well i am already a diabetic but my heart is fine thank Goodess. I do so want to lose my big middle.

hi Kotarei I congratulate you as its not the easiesgt thing in the world to lose those pounds. I know a lot pf health people do go by the measuremets and tjats a great way to go as being able to get into smaller clothes makes us all feel so happy.there where I am they just use the scales method. I too have lost, some 17 pounds, being I still weigh 197 I have a ways to go but this many pounds shed already makes me feel better about myself. My skirt in now loose around my waist. My doctor had found out through blood tests I was low on thyroid which had made it hard to lose weight.I am now on medication to up my thyroid. Coffee and chocolate that does sound like a really delicious combo . You probably were eating a diet that was higher on veggies and fruit and of course being active too I live in Garden grove Calif but also in the center of Little Saigon and I have noticed the Vietnamese people here are short and mostly quite slim compared to us taller much chubbier Americans. They do eat a lot of veggies with lean meat and fruits too so do the Chinese here.again they are slim and short.I am short but slim no not yet but am working on getting slim lol

Thanks :D I'm sure we'll get to where we want to be in weight eventually. I'm just trying to go with the flow and just do my thing. I've noticed when i focus too much on my plan it doesn't help me much, but when i just go about my day and do me or do my random jogging like if i go out ill jog to the corner store instead of walk there. I live in like fairfield ca, and ive also noticed that they are hella slim.
