Is facebook really a great tool or social network to advertise your product?

Is there anybody out there getting good results with facebook like getting new referrals to your links or buyers to what you are selling?

I think it is a great tool for selling and getting referrals, especially because you will find that you do not have e-mail addresses of all your friends but you can hook up with them on facebook.

defianatly yes if you use another page as business to show off your products.

Yes! Facebook helped me a lot! I am using facebook on selling my fashion clothes. I've been into this business for more than two years now just using facebook.
