Fairies in the Back Yard - The world good fooled - This is the photograph made by a lady claiming that they were acually fairies in her back yard. It was proved to be a hoax late in the 1980s.

In the 1950s a lady actually photographed fairies in her back yard and produced the photos. These were tested by authorities including Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and accepted to be true. These pictures took the world by storm (see image). But in the 1980s with more sophisticated methods they found how the pictures has been created. The lady who was now very old accepted the fraud. But she said she did the fraud because she acually saw the fairies and wanted to make the people believe.
