Expecting baby number 5 in September, Would like to know what you think....

I am expecting a baby in September. Its number 5 for me and my husband. (He had two when we were married, I had one, we had one together, and are expecting our second together). I would like to know what your opinion about 3d ultrasound is. Im interested in having one done, but are there risks involved in it since its not really medically necessary?

Are you talking about the 3D ultrasound? I've seen those x-rays and it is truly amazing how far science has come! I've not heard of any problems with the unborn fetus or to the mother.

I don't know very much about 3d ultrasound. I hope that you are able to find more information about it. If you aren't able to find answers here I would encourage you to look it up online and talk to your doctor about your fears. Congratulations on your second baby.

I am not really familiar with that kind of ultrasound. But I think it;s not really hazardous to one's health, because if it is, the medical authorities won't perform such procedure in order to see the baby inside.
Anyway, congratulations for your next baby. It's indeed a happy family for me when you have lots of kids. As long as you can afford to raise them then it's okay to have a number of kids.
