i love this show :) i use to be in JROTC when i was in high school and my husband was to and to this day he would tell you that he would love to be in the military and he may still one day but we are trying to manage without it for now. i just think it is really great that they are able to do that for people because i know it must be really hard to be without their dads and to have then just show up and surprise them has to be the greatest gift in life :) i am so glad this show is back on it brings a tear to my eye many times but it is something i cant stop watching lol. what do you think? have you seen the show? do you like it? OR IF YOIU HAVENT..just tell me what you think about the military i love those stories to because we may not be a military family now but we still respect all they do and JROTC was a part of our life and hey who knows he may be in the service 1 day to...

i have never heard of the show, my mo always like army wives, but i never could get into it. my dad and brother was always in the military my brother retired from it at an early age.. and made a great income for his wife and family, my dad was always in the army and when i was in high school he got a job as a national gurad recruiter and he worked it until he got sick, and had to quit.. he love dhis job and anyone could tell that and he was very good at it. he passed away in 1999.. and i moved from our hometown to where i live now.. have been here verv since..

i am sorry to hear about your dad he seems like he was agreat person :) and i am thankful for your dad and your brother for the service they did for the country :) the show basically is about military people being brought home early but their kids and sometimes the mother doesnt know adn they surprise them with the coolest ways. it is on the lifetime channel (not sure you can watch it) on sundays ifyiu ever have time you should check it out but i guess if you never really got into the military thing them you might not like it lol.

you are very welcome about your dad. i dont think people appriciate the men ans women who are in the service enough. i am sry to hear you are having such a hard time now that he isno longer with you and i hope 1 day things will ge better for you. things may be diffrent id he was there now i say that about my grandpa who passed away about 2 years ago. im not sure i would say its a good thing she got out of her contract but if she was unable to afford it then it is a good thing she was able to get out of it because most things like that no one will let you out and then you are stuck. i really hate that you mom is treating you so badly...have you tried talking to her and telling her how she makes you feel? your sister shouldnt be like that and i can see why it might hurt her feelings for him to love you more but that isnt the way to treat someone. plus *no offence* he isnt here ne more she shouldnt dwell over how he felt for either one of you. she should remember the good times and it should have brought yall closer together instead of farther apart. i hope that 1 day she realizes that....
