I want to work in a call center industry but unfortunately I didn't pass the behavioral interview. Anyone could help me answer correctly to this type of interview?

Basically a behavioral interview assesses one's psychological mental status as how to react to such events or conditions. It reflects on how one thinking process works based on the rationality of organizing thoughts giving an insight of one's overall personality.

What call center company you were applying? I just send you friend's request and if you are comfortable, you can send me private message. Not all call centers have same process of interviews. I can give you some tips depending on what call center company you were trying to apply.

i think it all depends on the requirement of the company. when it was about this type of interview, i believe they want to get to know you in terms of how you would react to different situations when presented and how you manage them. What are the questions you have to answer when you underwent these types of interviews? thanks! =)

That question is set by those company's are easy to answer. That would be psychological question, my friend. If they ask you to draw something that something alike don't do it because that is a silly question that reflect your personality

In a behavioral interview, the HR is looking at how emotionally equipped you are to handle any given situation. If you are stressed, will you allow your emotions to be reflected on how you communicate with other people over the phone? How do you react when an individual on the other line harasses you? When undergoing interview, never allow your nervousness or fear to get the better of you. Always be calm and never show any agitation especially when you are not sure of your answer. Be confident because this is the trait that interviewers always look for.
