yes man it is an illusion pic thats y u will feel its moving but it is not it is an ILLUSION PICTURE

I made it bigger and still no animation. It's all in your head. If you focus your eyes just right everything stops...

Yes and No, It is moving in that is the way our eyes perceive it, but in reality, no it isn't moving...one way you can also tell is sometimes you can look at the image extension. If it's a JPG TIG or BIP image it is a non moving graphic, but if it has a GIF extension these can actually be a image in motion as these are the same graphic types they use in banners and motion images.
