Good Job Sites

Can anyone tell me of a few GOOD job sites to look for work on? I'm aware of CareerBuilder (don't care for it much- I keep getting bogus or spam offers from that site), Job.com, Snag A Job, Monster, Indeed, etc, but what are some GOOD ones out there and/or out of those? If I'm not mistaken, I believe Indeed is pretty decent, but I can't seem to find a location to search for work close enough to home. Are there certain sites better for certain types of work? Anyone ever heard of the site StartWire, Bright.com or ServiceJobsite.com? Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

I'm suprised that you don't know oDesk and elance...those are famous sites for online job hunters.

Oh, ok yea come to think of it I HAVE heard of elance a little, just don't know that much about it. I'll check it out. Never heard of oDesk though. I'll check them both out. Hopefully I'll have some luck, thank you.
