There are several way that you can have your medical history, Doctors and your medications with you at all times. I have done a couple of these things. I have a flash drive with both my wife and my basic medical information on it. I also have it on my smart phone as a file in Quick Office or you can buy an app for medical information. There are some commercial products that you can purchase that will allow your Dr to update your medical information each time you see them but it may only work if the Dr also has the program.
I have found my records handy when I am seeing a new Dr or when I add a new medication as the Drs don't always have all your current medical information if you are seeing different Dr.
How do you keep rack of your medical records?

Interesting. Smartphone technology has revolutionized the way to communicate better and efficient. It makes things easier for people to access important data anywhere they are. Thousands of applications are out there in the app market that are really good and installing them in these smart devices make them really smarter. Sometime back I read about an iPhone application that turned the device into a full fledged stethoscope.
