I feel like us women are never happy with our bodies or weight. Personally I know I could defiantly lose some weight. Ever since quitting playing soccer I've put a lot of weight on. I need to be active. Lately my weight has been going to my belly which is not making me happy. So about 2 weeks ago I started dieting and working out. I am 15 pounds less. Its so exciting.

Congrat, I think you do great 15 pounds in 2 weeks...? I need to lose 10 pounds. I used to be 88 pounds and now I am 98 I guess I need to follow you, starting diet and exercise. Wish to get the same outcome

Sorry for asking, what is your height? You are 98 pounds only and still you want to lose 10 more? 1 am 5'3 and I weigh 56 kgs. Still on normal weight but I want to lose like only one or two kgs.

I'm not terribly unhappy with my weight. However, it would be nice to put on some weight. Gaining 10-15 pounds would put me at a very nice weight. It's not easy for me to gain that sort of weight, though. My high metabolism and a healthy and (mostly) vegetarian diet conspire to keep me runway model thin.

It's not my weight but my figure I am concerned about, and in this case my belly. I don't feel well the last 4-5 weeks feels as if I drag a stone in my belly around with me. So since today I started with hcg drops.. I hope it will help.

Is that for real? Wow!!! You lost 15 pounds in two weeks!!! I guess that is because you have been working out. =( I only lost a pound in two weeks with diet and 2 30 minute walk everyday... =( Hayz i wish i could do more of the exercises but with work and deadlines i just could not make it more than the 1 hour walk i am able to do daily.

Hi xomgitskamax, of course I'm really happy with my weight for I still can put on clothes which I had bought years ago. But these days my weight goes down a little and and some of my clothes seem like rather loose when I look into the mirror I notice that the top of my jeans is quite loose as well. I think I have to take more nutritious and healthy food to gain back some weight Happy posting

Right now I am not happy with my weight. I gained a lot but its because I am pregnant. The number of pounds I lost before I become pregnant came back after 3 months. But its all worth it because that is actually one of the reason why I lost weight. I promise after I give birth that I will do the same things again to lose weight.

the secret is to have a healthy life.i was always very thin but at the end of high school i gained pretty much in weight.i belived the stress was the guilty one but when i got to the endocrinologis i found out that i have tiroid problems.i took pills for a while but then i decided that my life will not be ruled by pills and i started to do more exercise and to eat healthier.it is also essential to drink enough water.the diets are a short term solution and the variations of the weight are not healthy at all.

Yes, I'm contented in my weight now .. Not that fat and not so thin. But some say especially my relatives ,if I eat much than I eat regularly I will be fat as my sister in just a month.. So I will continue of what I've started and do an exercises every morning even in just 15 minutes a day..

I'm quite happy with my weight now. I'm not as tall as a model not even as skinny as them. There are times when I can fit in clothes at store. But regardless of what happen, I'm happy with my body because I'm healthy. I'm not fat and not skinny but I'm healthy. Appearance is important but I think health is more important.

NO NOT AT ALL! Especially after this winter, I feel like I've gained 10 pounds!! I hope I haven't, but I haven't actually checked a scale in months upon months. But I can feel it just from the fit of my jeans -- tight! Congrats on losing 15 pounds, that is AMAZING! And only in 2 weeks?! What's your secret?!!!

I´d be happy without the 20 pounds I´m overweight. I don´t think I can do much about that as I love to cook and to eat.My weight is ALL at my belly. I´m afraid that does not look very well

Congrats on losing weight! That is awesome. I am actually happy with my weight and my body. I lost weight 6 years ago and I have successfully kept it off even with having 3 kids. I went from 157 to 126 now. I am happy that with each pregnancy I lost more and more weight after I had the babies! I always tell everyone getting pregnant is my diet secret, Lol. My sisters envy me for it. Its just my body I guess...

I was again for about a year, then i felt like I not i need of anymore excerisize then stopped. Bad move. You do still need to keep motivating and keep excersizing even if it seems like you're not gaining back the weight so easily. It does creep up on you again gradually. I probably need to loose ten more pounds again but won't be stressing too much over it. I have some motivation left in me, to do this, after the last time when it took me several months just to loose 26 pounds.

I am also not contented with my weight. Unlike you who need to lose weight, I need to gain weight. Well, I am doing all my best to gain weight but nothing happens. I tried to checked up to the doctor, but the doctor said i am normal.

I agree with your statement. I am always told how skinny I am, and people tend to assume that I don't eat a lot. Sadly, my metabolism is so high all I do is eat. However, lately I've been consuming more and I feel like I've gained weight. I look in the mirror constantly and I don't see anything different. I guess the food joke comes because my stomach is flat, but I am active and exercise; there is no reason to make that joke anyway. I have friends who want to lose weight, and are picked on because they "eat too much". I believe the reasons women are unhappy about our weight are stereotypes and what other people think. Another interesting fact is the dream part of our brain (I forgot what it is actually called). We all dream or imagine how we want to be and if we don't see ourselves that way we become unhappy. Also, congratulations on the 15 pounds less! I like to do yoga and zumba, since they're perfect for relieving stress. I am known to be very nonchalant and I want to keep it that way.
