traffic exchange site and ptc sites to get refferals in mylot

Is it violate the terms of mylot if i use the mylot referrals link by advertising it on diffrent traffic exchanges and get referrals from there? I want to know about it. Same question with respect to ptc sites.

In my experience of 2 years now, on Mylot, I can assure you that your action is perfectly legal, if it is in agreement with a third party site. Because unfortunately I do not have any referrals at the time of this wonderful site, perhaps you can suggest you the system "traffics exchange" in order and manner maybe I can bring someone here? if you know some information about it, please also communicating it via private message.

From i think and analysis i too got the idea that it would not violate the mylot poliy as well as the the rules and gudilines of mylot and then to get confirm i post here and got valuable responses. Thanks for the response.
I think traffi exhanges is good way of getting referals but problem is that will the user who regiter with your referal links remain legit and do work for long??? Doubt on it.
