When was the last time you had your blood pressure measured?

Well, I have checked mine regularly since I work in the hospital. And also, high blood pressure is common in our family , so I always monitor mine to prevent further complications.

I did not check my blood pressure today but the last time was last week when I visited my doctor and my BP was 120/80 which is normal. I am very careful in every food that I eat because most of my relatives are suffering from hypertension so while I am still young I am doing my best to prevent it as much as possible. Also I avoided any risk factor that can cause hypertension, I just practice healthy lifestyle.

Blood pressure..it has to be monitored constantly in order to make sure that it does not go haywire and reach the outer limits wherein it would be hard to manage. Since an elevated BP could be causes for a number of health problems, some sort of caution in evaluating it on a regular pattern is inevitable for maintaining a healthy outlook.

Dear friend, I have not yet checked it, may be I do not have any problems now. I feel to go as this as most of the days I go for jogging. I feel myself refreshed these few days. May be soon I have to check this out...

I had my blood pressure measured a few months ago. It is always very good, in fact my doctor said she wished hers was that good.

It's been quite awhile since I have had my blood pressure taken. My husband use to have his done twice a week when he donated plasma. It's been awhile for me though.

My blood pressure is low, is 99/61. It runs in my family to have low blood pressure. If you ever have a high blood pressure, and knows to have one, please have cucumber every day, it will help to low your blood pressure.

I guess last year when I take biology experiment class in my second semester. One of the class is about human regulation, so we play doctor and patient on that one of my class, We try to examine urine,response and also human blood pressure..., Nice memorize.., :D

The last time I had my blood pressure checked was 2 months ago. Sometimes my blood pressure goes up. Two months ago it was normal 120/80. I think I should check my blood pressure again soon.
