So I was watching a local film this morning: The girl is a nurse and she was tasked to take care of a patient whose very ill. The patient has a very weak heart. The nurse hasn't been over yet from a bad break up. The twist is, the new girlfriend of her ex boyfriend is the patient that she's currently attending to. Her ex and the new girlfriend/patient were both unaware of her. One instance when she checked her patient and as soon as she went out of the room, her ex also arrived..they once see each other for the first time and the guy called her name, but they just both look at each other and the girl went away. At one point during her report to the head doctor of the hospital, she was informed that her patient was dying. The patient was crying to her and she refused to tell her that she's dying. She even convinced the girl to take a good rest because once she's strong enough, she can go out of the hospital. The patient refused saying that knowing that she's living with that disease since she was young, she knew that she'll die eventually. It's just a story with full of heart on the part of the nurse that she endure the pain of seeing her ex and his current girlfriend and even take care of her with sincerity, not because it's her job, but because she opt to understood and feel where the girl was coming from. She set aside the feelings that she had for others. I bet very rare people can practice the word "sacrifice"

Wow. What's the title of that Movie? I'd like to watch that as I am an aspiring nursing student. I'm graduating this 24th of March. Hehehe. I believe that nursing is a noble profession and that movie is a good example. When you are a nurse you sometimes take care of difficult people. Some are exacting and unreasonable. Others are your enemy or rival, but you must still care for them and ignore the pain and differences. That's a mark of a true professional.

If you are a noypi then you'd probably be familiar, "working girls" iza calzado played as the nurse. Anyway, the entire story was pretty much what I've seen in the movie. It didn't really focuses on that story, because the film is a collection of stories about working girls. I find her segment really touching and very interesting. How I wished they just focused on that story the entire time.

Yes I am a noypi but I'm an uninformed about that movie. I guess because I am so picky when it comes to movie picking. But I will try to look for that movie as it had stirred my curiosity.

Is this unconditional love? She has a big room in her heart to love those whom her boyfriend also loves/ This trait is every unusual and commendable. However, I advise that she take another assignment not only because she might have an attachment with her patient but for proper decorum or code of behavior. If something happens she might get all the blame instead, it is enough she showed that she cares.

Yes you are right. As of this time rare to happen this kind of sacrifices and only with kind heart can do these things. For me i can the same with her coz in the name of my work plus because i have my responsibility to help others. In these situation on the first place i feel hurt seeing them both but to see his new girlfriend dying and very ill is some kind different. I will help and make sacrifices too,,

Hi Clevrland and welcome to my lot. I don't know if I could but if being in that profession I imagine that you have to be a pretty stong person, and put all your personal life on the back burner. Me things don't seem to bother me like it bothers others. I have met my husbands ex girlfriends and I even chat and get along with all but one of them. The one I don't get along with is not a good person she don't believe in God, I guess that is why I don't get along with her.

No, I can't do that. I have to admit she is a very noble and kind person. It's usual thing to revenge people who hurt us that humane I think. That's sincere and kind heart is bless that not every one has. And, it also prove that love is blind, no matter we hurt by it we gonna need it even looking for it until forever...,

The nurse is a brave, brave woman. Imagine, she saw them together and she didn't fell apart and just continued with her job? I say that's bravery. As well as she has a lot of compassion too.

I would hope most humans would be taken over by compassion in circumstances as this..I think it would take a very hard, cold person to act in any other way...
