Many People, or would i say referring to the law of attractions and much more sophisticated readings i've read before, have indicated that at least 90% of the population have more negative thoughts then positive ones, Once we have learn to be happy, to look forward to life, to feel the environment that is surrounding us, then only would we be naturally be glad to life that binds us together as a human race living happily and only for this aliens to research about. :) Bottom line is, always be happy, Yes i know, sometimes it's hard for you to do so after having such a bad day getting nagged by your boss , or so, and for that, what you can do now is learn from there, don't make the same mistakes, Be happy for who you are ( and i mean not doing drugs or so and be happy of it ) , be happy that you have a better place then others, if you ever feel jealous that one lives in a mansion and comparing to yours which is a miniature apartment, THINK AGAIN, there are others who lives way off worst off than you. So be happy you have better life. Understand the ones that needs more, don't make jokes out of it, and that's a natural Happiness within you! :)

With all these negative things going on around the world, it's kinda hard to stay happy. I know that we should try not to be affected, but sometimes when I watch tv or read the newspapers I can't help but feel sad for those people in those difficult situations. Especially now in those war torn countries, It must be really, really scary to be in their place, I wonder if they still ever get decent sleep. I feel so sad also for the children suffering, confused, scared, traumatized. I know I must try not to let it affect me, so I could still look forward to a better future, set goals and achieve them. Life has to go on, we have to stay happy and enjoy life to survive. I just hope and pray that the leaders of these countries would put and end to all these fightings so their people can find peace and happiness and be able to enjoy their lives too.
